By placing an order, you agree to the following terms
1. Product Details All items (sticker packs, art prints, and keychains) are designed and made with love. Please note that colors may slightly vary due to screen settings and lighting.
2. Limited Edition Pieces All products are limited edition. Once sold out, they will no longer be reproduced. We release new art monthly to keep our collections fresh, special, and uniquely yours
3. Order Processing Orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive updates once your order is packed and ready for shipping.
4. Shipping A flat shipping fee of ₱200 is charged for all orders. This is an estimated rate, if the actual shipping cost is lower, any excess will be refunded accordingly ♡ Delivery times may vary depending on your location. Please ensure that your shipping details are correct, we are not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect information.
5. Returns & Exchanges We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged. To be eligible for a replacement/refund: * You must provide video proof while opening the parcel * Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order
6. Cancellations Orders cannot be canceled once they have been processed or shipped.
7. Intellectual Property All artworks are original and owned by Crayy.tive. Reproducing, reselling, or using the designs for commercial purposes without permission is not allowed.
8. Handmade with Love. All stickers, art prints, and keychains are created from my original art style, straight from my heart and mind. Each piece is thoughtfully designed, making every item feel personal, unique, and truly one of a kind.
Each piece is carefully made, packed with love, and sent out with intention Because of the nature of our small-batch, handmade items, we don’t accept returns or refunds once your order has been shipped.
However, if your order arrives damaged, we’re here for you ♡ Please make sure to take a clear unboxing video while opening your parcel, this will serve as proof so we can properly assist you with a refund or replacement. Without an unboxing video, we may not be able to process any claims. Thank you for understanding and for supporting our little creative space
